How long does an order take to arrive and how much does it cost?

Regular orders (no pre-order) will take 1 to 4 business days to be processed and shipped. Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the weight of the package and the destination. 

Shipping times will depend on the transport company and are approximate. In Spain (mainland) the estimated delivery time will be 2 to 4 business days and for the rest of destinations it will be 4 to 10 business days.

 

What is a PRE-ORDER and how long does it take to arrive?


It is an order on demand. We are currently in high demand for wholesale bundles and they sell out fast, so to make sure we provide enough quality on orders and so you don't have to constantly check if bundles are available, we have created PRE-ORDER orders. .

Estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks, but this may vary depending on the order and location.

 

Are returns allowed?

In wholesale purchases, returns will only be accepted if a clear error has been made in the shipment. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as that a garment is not fitting you, since the objective of this type of purchase is for its subsequent resale. If an error has been made, you must contact our email: info@enevintage.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, indicating the order number and attaching the photos and evidence of the error that may have been made. In the event that a return is accepted, the buyer will bear the costs of the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed. When we have received the package and verified that it is in the same condition as it was sent, a refund will be issued in the form of a coupon to spend on the website, discounting the shipping costs.

Are all clothes second-hand? Are they in good condition?

The vast majority are second-hand, which means that they have already been used. This does not mean that they are in bad condition. At ENE Vintage Wholesale we take care of the items and we even fix a large part of them to be able to sell them in the best condition.

There are 3 different grades of items:

Grade A+: Totally new items in perfect condition. They may come with or without a label.

Grade A: Previously used items that are in very good condition or that have some small imperfections that can be fixed or that go very unnoticed. These imperfections may be general wear marks, areas with balls or fluff, a tiny stain or a small tear. Photos of any of these small imperfections will always be displayed.

Grade B: Items with clearly visible imperfections, such as: badly worn fabric or patterns, large stains, or ripped seams. We put these items on sale because many imperfections can be fixed, and as they are cheaper, the benefit will be greater.

 

How do you measure the garments?

The majority of the garments will have the length (largo) and pit-to-pit (ancho) measurements listed in the description, as shown in the photo below:

Can I buy if I don't have a store or I am not self-employed?

Yes. One of the objectives of ENE Vintage Wholesale is to introduce you to the world of second-hand clothing and one of the ways to start in this world is by selling on platforms such as Vinted, Depop or Wallapop, because not everyone can start by opening a store. Therefore, anyone who wants to get involved in the sale of vintage clothing is welcome at ENE Vintage Wholesale, and we encourage everyone to try it with us, since we are a supplier that allows you to choose every item you want to sell and our minimum of purchase is very low compared to other wholesellers.

 

At what price can I resell the garments purchased in bulk?

Prices of bundles are carefully adjusted to generate the highest possible profit. In general, the garments included in them can be resold for 50% to 150% more than the original price. This amount may vary depending on the size or experience of the stores.

 

Do I have to pay taxes and customs?

If you buy from the European Union, taxes will already be included in the price of each item and you will not have to make any additional payment when the package arrives at its destination.

If you buy from outside the European Union, when the package arrives in the destination country you will have to pay the corresponding taxes and customs expenses. We do not take responsibility for these possible expenses.

 

Do you make reservations?

Unfortunately we do not make reservations.
